Tender at Prime Minister's Office
Tender documents will be sold only to company representatives who show the original Registration Certificate for the specified fields from the Ministry of Finance and submit one photocopy of the certificate during the purchase of tender documents.
Payment for the tender documents shall be by money order/bank draft/postal order made in favour of the Ketua Setiausaha Negara (Chief Secretary). The payment is non-refundable. Cash/cheques will not be accepted.
The tender documents must be deposited into the tender box at the Administration and Finance Unit, Prime Minister's Office, Level 1, Perdana Putra Building, Federal Government Administrative Centre, 62502 Putrajaya before or on the closing date as specified in the notice of tender. Late submission will not be considered.
Tender documents may be purchased at the Administration and Finance Unit, Prime Minister's Office, Level 1, Main Block, Perdana Putra Building, Federal Government Administrative Centre, 62502 Putrajaya. The operating hours are as follows:
