Rosmah, Rais Participating In Poetry Declamation On April 5 | 26/03/2010
Untitled document KUALA LUMPUR, March 26 2010 (Bernama) -- The prime minister's wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor and Information Communication and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim will be joining several corporate leaders in a special 1Malaysia poetry declamation night on April 5.

Themed "Kemanusiaan dan Prihatin kepada Masyarakat", the charity event organised by Umno Youth and Gabungan Penulis Nasional (Gapena) with the cooperation of the Information Communication and Culture Ministy, will be held at Auditorium Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) here beginning 8pm.

Funds contributed by corporate leaders attending the event will be channeled to the Permata Negara children's education programme, welfare homes, orphanages, old folks homes and other organisations in need.

Umno Youth's Economic and Entreprenuer Development Bureau chairman Datuk Sohaimi Shahadan told a press conference here today that among the corporate figures who will be present at the event are Tan Sri Hamad Kama Piah, Tan Sri Rozali Ismail, Tan Sri Dr Lim Kok Wing, Datuk Seri Shazalli Ramly and David Teo.

Also various artistes among them Ramli Sarip, Nisdawati Nazaruddin (Lisdawati), Fauzi Nawawi, Khai and Rosma would also be featuring in the event, he added.
